Skelun's XP Reward System

• There's now an in-game Book to change settings!

In creative mode, use "/function sklps:config" to get the book. You can increase XP amount, disable and enable stuff.

• Improved Harvest System (Right-Click Harvest)
• No more text when harvesting
• Fixed a major bug that would reset your scoreboards and advancements
• Fixed some advancements with incorrect trigger number
• New icon / New file name
• Some minor code improvements
