A new cosmetic for Keldeo:

• With a Smooth Rock and a few Tumblestones you can now craft a Pledge Fragment
• Similar to the Water Shuriken, you can give it to Keldeo to switch him into his resolute form (purely cosmetic)

Better Stats for random spawns:

• All Legendary/Mythical/Ultra beasts/Paradox mons now spawn with 3+ perfect IVs
• This also applies to Mewtwo, Genesect and Sylvally from the Resurrection Machine!

Miscellaneous & backend changes:

• Fixed Ocean Monument spawns not working correctly with my Yungs integration
• Fixed Item textures not displaying correctly without Sodium & co.
