Patch for the Scepter Update

Fixes:

• Fixed interaction issue with pehkui that affected custom item models (Glistering Trident and certain scepters)
• Fixed Altar of Experience making the "enchantment chime" sound effect when clicking blanks spaces where buttons are disabled.

Additions:

• New entities config that allows the stats of summoned mobs to be tweaked.

Changed:

• Augment (Spell) configs have been updated with an "enabled" boolean that allows for certain spells to be disabled. Combine this with a recipe removal via kubejs or similar to completely remove certain spells from the game.
• Config readme has been updated.
