Backported Spears

-Made compatible with Sinytra Connector, allowing it to work on Neo/Forge.

-Fixed spears not being damageable.

-Fixed spears not being able to trigger advancement, enchantment and scoreboard criteria.

-Fixed a crash caused by damaging mobs with a spear on weird angles.

-Fixed spear charge attacks being able to deal damage when the player is sprinting, now spears can only knockback when the players sprint for parity reasons.

-Fixed spear charge attack animation playing on the offhand when the player is using any item in their mainhand.

-Mobs can now use spears.

-Piglins and Zombified Piglins now spawn with golden spears.
