Better Than Battle Towers

As usual, I can't figure out what changed this time either lol Because I wasn't involved in this update

• For now, the bug where the tower wouldn't generate should be fixed, probably

These changes were implemented by Redart15

• fixed a bug that caused the tower to be not safed upon saving the world
• moved blocks of code into seperate file/functions
• renamed alot of variables to make easiert to understand what they so
• added constants to reduce magic numbers
• added some comments
• added battle towers to the /place commands If there's anything else, please let me know (:
