Added:

  Material System methods to get all register Parts and such (ALong with commands)

  Methods for Item Destroy Speed, and Item Destroy Block

  Add Boolean to Command.call to remove chatting to player/op override.

  Additional Methods on BlockState

  CTColor (Which will allow input of Hex values instead of just integer)

  Added getMobilityFlag to Blocks (Determines whether a piston can push it)
