Fallen Wizards [More Magic Series]

Nerf to Empowered Spells: Now default maximum level of applied Empowered effects is 15 (configurable by configs) for a max effect of:

• spell power 150%
• spell haste 75%
• movement speed -150%

To apply correctly the changes is required to delete the relative config file.
