PainScale 1.0.4 [Fix & Improvements & Tweaks]

Changelog:

• Monsters now grant extra points.
• Mobs now grant points.
• Config tweaks and improvements.
• Added armor sets config (.json file).
• Added new values to painscale.cfg.
• Removed the chainmail armor set from available sets (was annoying).
• Minimum level is now set to 1. When you load your world, if you were at level 0, it will now be 1.
• Armor sets reorganized and balanced.
• Fixed the reset command.
• Temporarily removed set command
