Fixed compat mode
Added compat mode (for servers and stack refill mods). Compat mode is automatically turned on while on servers.
NOTE
Compat mode is still moderately buggy!
- Sometimes blocks get shunted out of place if their space is occupied.
- Blocks placed outside of player interaction range in this mode are 'ghost blocks' that can be interacted with, but not broken, and when blocks are placed on them, they are instead replaced.
