Patched Frame drops on lower end systems

  • Cache a snapshot of the toast config on creation (no more per-frame YAML reads)

  • Debounce the config file watcher and move heavy work off the render path

  • Reduce per-fram allocations in the toast renderer (orebuild text, reuse colors/scales, cache icon)
