small updates:

• fixed a crash when opening the cape library for the first time and unable to connect to minecraft servers
• fixed mannequin capes disappearing when they have an override
• fixed unused folders being created on servers
• fixed a crash that could happen when the debug entries are enabled and the user has no cape
• added additional error logging for when failing to sign skin or change globally
