Armor Hider

This version changes the config file format and adds an additional client-side property "enableCombatDetection" (showing armor when in combat).

Previously used config files should be converted to respect existing settings. Combat detection will default to enabled (show armor in combat).

Additionally, server admins mods or owners can disable combat detection server-wide (giving individual players freedom to show their armor in combat or not) or enable it (which will override individual's settings so that armor is always shown in combat to give no competitive advantage).
