Base variant

• More fixes around Big Dripleaf.
• Use new Default resource redstone torch on 1.21.2-. Not tested yet.

Extra variant

• Better Weather: Improved again.
• Better Particles:
  • Splash: whiter and light blue (rain splash and fishing splash).
  • Dripping water: 1 (instead of 4) pixel.
• Better Leaves (in v7.0 doesn't work)
  • Add inner back face.
  • Fast leaves waterlogged texture.
  • Unmodified 41 files from "Vanilla Tweaks/NicerFastLeaves" under Custom License
• Clean Water: Increase water transparency.
• Wide Bamboo: 4 (instead of 3) texture variants.
