(Without Sounds) SuperMJ767 is a YouTuber I think is really cool, and recently I actually got the chance to get in contact with him, which was a pretty exciting moment for me. I’ve watched his content for a while, especially his Minecraft Shorts, and I really like the style and energy he brings to his videos. His content is fun, fast-paced, and creative, and it inspired me to try making something of my own.
Since I’ve been learning how to make Minecraft resource packs, I had this funny idea: what if I turned him into a pig in-game? Not in a weird way, but more like a custom texture where the pig has features inspired by him—kind of like a tribute mixed with a meme. It felt like the kind of thing that would fit the humor of Minecraft and his content.
Instead of just doing it without asking, I decided to reach out to him directly to see if he’d be okay with it. I didn’t know if he’d respond, but I thought it was worth trying. Surprisingly, he actually replied, and he said I could go ahead and make the texture pack. That made the whole thing feel a lot more real and motivating.
Now I’m working on creating the texture pack, making sure it looks good and actually fits into the game properly. I want it to be something that’s not only funny but also well-made, so it feels like a real addition rather than just a quick joke. It’s also a cool learning experience for me, since I’m getting better at working with textures and understanding how Minecraft packs function.
Overall, it was just a really cool experience—getting permission from a creator I watch and turning that into a creative project of my own. It made me realize that sometimes it’s worth reaching out, because you never know what might happen.
