New features

• Added basic functionality to runes
• Now runes can only be used one of each type (star runes, charge runes, and power runes)
• Added the energium shield

Improvemnts

• Runes are no longer an experimental feature
• Redesigned the second and third abilities of the magnet element
• Now Magnet Master can place two magnets of different polarities (blue - repels, red - attracts)
• Master of Gravity no longer takes fall damage
• Increased the chance to drop an energium upgrade smithing template from the energium vaults

API changes

• Warning will now be displayed when using the beta version of the mod
