Gentle Brew is an alternate-universe modpack focused on exploration and building, with combat as a much reduced, optional facet. Peaceful difficulty includes hunger and is fully playable because all monster drops can be acquired in other ways. In other difficulties, monsters will not attack unless provoked. Piglins will still be angry if you don't dress appropriately or take their gold, and the warden is still dangerous, but drinking an invisibility potion will stop anyone from targeting you. Killing passive creatures except fish won't yield any drops or experience.

Flowers

Villagers, pillagers and zombies have been removed, but the resources they once provided are still available and more mob variants populate the world. Wandering traders have new trades, fishing yields biome-specific loot, archaeology and sniffer loot have been expanded, and more stone types can be generated with cobble generators. Brewing and enchanting can be accessed earlier in the game, with new brewing recipes and more control over enchantments. The End dimension has been removed, but its resources are all available in other ways. Revamped shulker boxes and elytra can be obtained much earlier. Gliding can no longer be boosted with rockets, but fast travel is now possible by building a path and linking its ends with signs.

Functional

Many blocks and items have recieved new looks, names, uses and mechanics. Hundreds of recipes have been altered, and new foods and tools are available. Find all the information you need in game without the need for a guide book or wiki. Custom advancements help guide progression and offer rewards for completing big goals.

Another notable change is that all paintings are locked to their specific variants and can be collected all over the world from fishing, structures, trading and more. Happy hunting!
