Collector's Reap is an addon for Farmer's Delight with foods scavenged from the wild. Pomegranates are found on bushes in the Nether in the Warped Forest biome. Grow them in the Nether or pollinate them with a Bee in the Overworld. Nylium or Rich Soul Soil could speed things up.

Most foods in this category provide the Corrosion effect, a defensive buff providing an acid shield against projectiles.
