Renamed "Vault Hunter" to "Subterranean Animism"
Renamed "Charm of Conception" to "Between Hell and Home"
The internal bc_rewards folder has been renamed to bacap_rewards, so all function files contained in here now use that namespace. (1.21.4 only)
Added all advancements added by this add-on to #bacap_fanpacks:update_score, #bacap_fanpacks:config/update and #bacap_fanpacks:config/coop_update_team_<color>, which means that /function bc_rewards:update_score also counts these advancements (1.21.4 only)
Made the blazeandcave:install function obsolete in favour of the #bacap_fanpacks:install function (1.21.4 only)
Added all trophies added by this add-on to #bacap_fanpacks:grant_trophies, which means that they also get granted with /function bc_rewards:grant_trophies (1.21.4 only)
Added function tags that are called at the end of every advancement reward function (1.21.4 only)
