[1.21+] Elytra within beacon range only V3

Auto-featured

Fixed a bug where the elytra would disapear when there was 1 empty slot in the inventory (still don't know the logic behind it).
This also made it so the elytra can go into the slot where the chestplate sits when the inventory is full, instead of dropping on the ground.
