Notes:

First ever update to come out on Leap Day.
First update since 5.3.1 [The Massive Update Pt. 2] to add in new structures.
This update has the longest changelog out of all updates and the most changes.
First update since Lucky Block Pink [Sword, Bow, and Potion Update Mini Update] to have structures.
This update adds in the most pink love potion drops since when they first were introduced in 5.3 [The Massive Update].
Goal of this update was to rebalance the addon to make "good" drops feel like you're actually getting something and to add in structures.
