Changelog
- Added an operator function to decrease the difficulty
- Added an explosion phase for zombie brutes, skeleton brutes and death creepers
- Fixed the Blood Moon event which was previously not working

- Phantoms now only have a 1 in 10 chance of having a skeleton riding them (difficulty 3+ only)
