Adds a few craftable utility wands:

  • Whizzy Wand of Launching
    • Hold right click and release to fling yourself up and in the direction you're looking.
  • Whizzy Wand of Rocketing
    • Right click to blast yourself backwards from the direction you're looking. Safety not guaranteed.
