BefriendMobs: Days with Monster Girls

Added some configs:

-Ghast sounds

-Enable/disable friendly damage of projectiles from befriended mobs (Disabled by default)

-Max health & atk boost from mob level

Now Ghastly Seekers accept Gunpowder as healing item.

Now explosions from befriended mobs will not destroy dropped items (but will blow them away).

Now fireballs of Ghastly Seekers don't hurt allies, and the direct hit damage is scaled like the explosion.

Fixed incompatibility with Target Dummy.

Fixed the last bauble of Jack o' Frost not working.
