Biospherical Expansion 1.0.2

Added seed compatibility. (So all seeds have the same exact generation)
Fixed a typo preventing the Wooded Mesa biome from having the proper tags.
Fixed badlands and mesas having incorrect surface rules causing lots of stone to be scattered on the cliffs sometimes.
