Combat Man 0.2.1

Combat Man will now charge up bow before shooting (not visual)
Combat Man will no longer try to shoot at target when it's too far away
Combat Man will now only shoot arrows when target is visible
Combat Man will now use horizontal distance to control shooting to improve shooting accuracy
Fixed bug where Combat Men can do critical attack in non-melee attacks
Fixed technical issue where arrows shot by Combat Men do not have a shooter source entity
