Countered's Terrain Slabs

Slabs placed by the player now stay slabs when broken and don't turn into the block they are made out of (like the generated ones)

Crafting custom slabs now grants 6 slabs instead of 3

Fixed a bug with clay and snow top states not dropping enough items
