Enchancement Unbound 1.0.1+1.20-20

Removed Curtain (the hoe enchantment) and added its rendering features to veil (see the config option Veil Users Separated From World). If I feel like it (and enough people request it), I'll revert the changes.
Only players can now be rendered with the end portal shader (due to the removal of the Curtain enchantment. I welcome other modders to play around with the RenderLayer and see what they can do with it).
(Hotfix) Fixed Ascension typos and incorrect functionality
Updated README accordingly. (This is implied. Will probably be always done, but omitted from the changelog from now on unless I feel like it.)
