Initial port of 1.16.5 mod to 1.17.1!

This version pretty much includes everything in the latest 1.16.5 patch, apart from structures (temple ruins, torii gate, wizard tower, etc) and the mobs and whatever items are associated with them. Those will come in the next update once I figure them out for 1.17.

Developer notes:

As a note, Mojang completely changing the way models are handled in 1.17, meaning if I can't find a way to update the code, I'll have to recreate every monster and the older models, like Enderreeper and wizard will be a pain!

Also after this point, certain things like Amethyst, with probably be removed from natural generation and added in some way as legacy items. (maybe through the wizard?) I'm always welcome for suggestions on how I can repurpose or rebrand my items, which have now been added to vanilla! So hit me up on discord with items!
