FGs Syringes

Changes:

• New item: Syringe Craft Guid;

I often use mods like jei, rei or etc for showing crafts, but there some of them not showing, also it could be helpful for people who don't use recipe showing modifications. Craft is from one syringe and book in any order.

• Reinforcing stimpack got slowness level 1 debuff for 15 seconds;

It's quite easy to craft, and could be used with different stimpacks, so I decided to nerf it a little bit.

• Some description changes;
• Minor fixes;
• New Recipe for Empty Stimpack (now from 3 nuggets, not 2);

Since stimpacks are reusable, I decided to up resource price for it.
