-Updated required LC version to v2.2.1.2

-Fluid and energy traders now list trade count & out of stock counts in network terminal button tooltips.

-Energy Interface/Trader storage now seperates the drain slot and the fill slots for batteries.

-Recipes and tags are now generated via code. Certain recipes now use item tags instead of specific vanilla items.

-Fixed trade comparisons to work with the fixes made in LC v2.2.1.2.
