Ghasta: a new ingredient drop by the ghast. it tastes like rice paste! it's a good substitute for noodle soup! rarely dropped when hunting them, but if you manage to eliminate them with a knife you'll get a lot of it.
Multiple new recipes and meals
Two new feasts!

Ghasta with Cream: a self-regenerating feast as long as you are not too greedy.
Striderloaf: try to keep it warm if you don't want it to lose flavor.

MND Ingredients can be found in the Bastion remains or by trading piglins
Striders have a low chance to drop more eggs
hoglin hide is more rare
hoglin and strider meat loot tables has been modified to make it more compatible with other mods

Not cause more damage if the player has a certain percentage of life (this will also prevent the entity fire)
Damage and regeneration have been reduced a bit by limiting ticks.

The effects of some foods have been buffed
Added a new trophy (try to peel it with a knife)
The resurgent soil rework: some plants will feel so comfortable in it that they will propagate.

Tall plants have a lower chance of propagation.
Bush have an more lower chance of propagation.
Wither roses will need small flowers to propagate.
Pink Petals, nether warts and fungus/mushroom colonies need to be at peak age to propagate.
hanging plants with the corresponding tag will propagate below the block
roots growing up or down have the possibility to fertilize any of the line (especially useful for tomato crops or glow berries)
In resurgent soil farmland the crops can propagate and the nether warts will grow faster.
