Release 5.0.1 for MC 1.18
Changes:
- Added paxels to the 'cluster_max_harvestables' tag (for harvesting Amethyst clusters)
- Added minimum tool requirements to some blocks
- Added proper mining tool requirements to some blocks (this fixes ores not being mineable with a pickaxe)
- Updated flower/essence/seeds texture locations to match with the base mod
