Not Enough Pets

• Added six new "Feeding Items" config options to allow you to set which blocks, items, or ore dictionary entries can be fed to cats, dogs, and parrots to heal/breed/tame them. Dogs can still only be tamed with bones. 
• Added new config options: Tamed Wolves Remain Vanilla, Untamed Wolves Remain Vanilla, and Untamed Ocelots Remain Vanilla - These allow you to retain the vanilla style animals alongside NEP's for mod compatibility's sake
• Bugfix: parrot breeding should now work as expected
• Bugfix: Fixed update checker spamming the console
• Updated version checker to use threading, so now it should not hang if there's a URL ping error (thanks Roadhog360). I recommend re-enabling the checker.
• Creative tab now says "Not Enough Pets"
• Updated Siamese Cat design (21w11a)
• Changed Golden Retriever texture slightly
