Changelog

Added PokemonConfig type for FTB Quests
- Allows the specification property to now get on-the-fly parsing. Will evaluate the specs and make sure it is valid before accepting the value
- Make sure to have any extra spec mods installed on the client if you wish to use those specs in quests. The spec mods only have to be installed while you are setting up the quests, so FTB quests on your client knows about the specs
- You can use a * at the start of the spec to override parsing
Added the ability for Exp All to be used even if it is inside a backpack or shulker box
Added BossTier property to Defeat Trainer Task
Fixed custom battle music not stopping when the battle ends sometimes
Fixed Z-moves crashing the game when using battle sound effects
Fixed Critical Hit property in Battle Move tasks not working
Fixed pokedex percentage tasks having incorrect percentage
Fixed pokedex task's single mon filter triggering for any mon
Fixed abilities that cause weather not triggering weather battle actions
