Overhauled raccoon data saving, fixing many bugs with breed times, sit states, and mod integration, such as with respawnable pets
Fixed raccoon breeding logic, making the child type respect parent types and even have a small chance to mutate into a different type
Added tiny models for baby raccoons (they look even cuter on your head)
Fixed anger-related methods returning null instead of their actual value
