Changelog
- Added Parrying, performed by blocking within the first few milliseconds of an attack hitting your shield.
- Added Universal Cooldown, where the shield will go into cooldown if it blocks a hit without parrying, and when lowering the shield.
- Removed the wind-up when raising a shield before it starts blocking so as to make Parrying enjoyable and intuitive.
