Removed

• StutterFix (because I tested it low impact for performance)
• Unused config files

• Config in ModernFix, Lithium, Sodium and BadOptimizations

P.S: If you had stutters that you should edit number of cores\threads in config. If you don't have stutters, that should don't edit, or you can change number of cores\threads in default number.
