This is gonna be some big update, especially the default block overlay + crosshair changes by default on QuantuMiz CE.

• Updated Cloth Config, ModernFix
• Updated Fabric Loader to 0.16.2
• Added optimization config for Dynamic FPS (Requires fresh install to take effect)
• Slight fix to formatting on Debugify config file
• Readded Sodium, Indium, Reese's Sodium Options and Iris
• Added temporary override configuration file to override working mods to be run into newer version
• Overriden mod: Debugify
