AxPlayerWarps 1.4.0

This is a big update with a bunch of new features, make sure to read it as you might need to make some small changes!
Added an input.yml configuration file and now it is possible to choose between 3 input types: SIGN, ANVIL, CHAT
- This means that you are no longer forced to use sign guis (which have a lot of limitations)
- The plugin will move all the previously configured signs from the lang.yml to this file on first startup, however note that they might not be the default, so you will have to edit it after updating!
- Made it possible to set a warp creation price, it also comes with an optional confirmation setting to make sure players know about warp creation costs.
- Improved warp naming rules, now it is possible to disallow spaces from warp names and setting a min and max length is also possible (by default we limited length of warp names to 16, make sure to change that if you need longer warp names)
- Added a metrics system that provides us some basic information (can be disabled in the plugins/AxAPI/metrics.yml file)
