  • Fixed config 'enabled' toggles not working for anti flood, caps and swear

They are FALSE by default, but plugin didn't check that and anti-features were always ON. So now you may need to enable them yourself in the config.

  • Added Folia support
  • Changed player join and quit listeners priority from HIGH to HIGHEST
