Classic's Disc Tweaks

Changelog:

• Bumped min supported pack format to 45
  • No longer compatible with Java 1.21.2 - 1.21.3
• Bumped max supported pack format to 46 for Minecraft Java 1.21.4
• Changed the colour of pack name in pack description to light purple
• Changed format of pack description
• The latest compatible version of Minecraft is now listed in the pack file name
  • Example: ClassicsDiscTweaks_v1.2.0_mc1.21.4.zip
• Tweaked the texture of the Relic disc to better match other discs
• Tweaked the texture of Disc 5 to match vanilla a bit more
• Changed the texture of Disc 11 to better match vanilla

This version is compatible with Minecraft Java 1.21.4.
