Some 3D stuff specially for Hold My Items Mod

You won't believe this, but basically, this adds a glow to enchanted tools! I know, crazy I almost don't believe it myself. Anyway this isn't perfect since you can't set shading to false on handheld items for whatever reason.

New atmosphere for minecraft. Reworked weather, lighting, biome colors, foliage and fog.

Adds a blocky inside to leaves
