No more villager trade re-rolling. Allows players to choose the first villager trade offer from a per-profession fixed set of trades.

Removes the Too Expensive Limit and Prior Work penalty. The cost of enchanting and repairing is based on the power of the item being created or repaired.

Makes crafting TNT cheaper.
