Keybinds

Fixes keybindings overwriting each other when set as a conflict, allowing both bindings to function (in game effects may still conflict)

Adds keybinds to keys that aren't rebindable

Make all keybindings configurable. Adds options to rebind keys like F3 or Esc to the game controls.
