Changes

Made for 1.20.1's Cobblemon version 1.5.2

This datapack changes swablu to flying/fairy-type, grants it pixilate as a secondary ability, changes its hidden ability to fluffy, and increases its health, defense, and special attack.

The pack also grants altaria pixilate as a secondary ability, changes its hidden ability to fluffy, and increases its health and special attack at the cost of defense.

Move choices were also modified.
