Hello, This is Quite the Bossfight
THE ARBITER
The Arbiter has 2 Phases and 3 Cinematics, it is Quite the Hard bossfight to the Point that it is almost impossible to beat it in one life
This REQUIRES experimental settings if you are playing on 1.21 Below
To Create the Arbiter,
throw the Key onto it and there he is, The arbiter
The Arbiter (phase 1) has 3 Abilites Summon 4 skeletons Dash Orbital Strike Honestly i dont think i need to explain them The Revived Arbiter (phase 2) has ONE ability Summon the 4 Horsemen the four horsemen are beefy mobs that drop Special Items
Once you have Beaten all of them you Have won, but to say the least the Arbiter isnt exactly happy
Your reward is Endless Regen for 1 Life
