Player:
(Base attributes)Faster attack speed, movement speed, LevelHP.
Low health debuff, respawn debuff.
Heavy equipment slowdown(a bit).
stick/sapling/bone applied 0.5 damage, shovel/pickaxe/hoe applied 2 damage.

Mobs:
(Base attributes)Faster movement speed, balanced health/damage/armor/follow_range/knockback_resistance.
More equipment.

Damage cooldown:
Most of damage type(unless cactus, in fire, on fire, hot_floor) through damage cooldown(0.5s red).
Watch out of lava, block or void! You can't survive in them!

Recipe:
Enchanted golden apple (8 Gold block around apple).
