Complicated - data pack

Higher Heights Update:

• Players can survive in snow biomes now thanks to snow related changes
• Snow can be gathered in a special bowl made of 1 plank and 3 dirt
• snow layers on a dirt block create mud making new decorative blocks for early game
• added pots just flower and decorative (I dont plan on getting more)
• mud can be cooked to make clay
• Ice can be made with 9 snow blocks transfering water without buckets
