Dashing Enchantment

Fixed many of the bugs in 2.1.4

Now works correctly with all gamemodes, (except spectator, didnt see a reason but tbh i prob should fix that later).

Added momentum mechanics back, and now you ACTUALLY have to face a certain angle to perform the bigger jump.
