Add 1.21.2 ~ 26.2 support.

Source Code Changes

• Merge all branches into one, enabling simutanous development of all versions.
• Add a Python-based building system to generate the datapack files from templates and patcher code.
  • Now almost all world generation settings are generated from code, vanilla settings are only used as references to avoid intellectual property issues.
• Add a simple JSON comparison script to help with patcher code writing.
• Unify version numbers.

Feature Changes

All versions

• All overworld biomes now have returning end gateways.

1.19 ~ 1.21.8

• Remove initial_density_without_jaggedness because it has no significant impact on terrain formation.
• Renme placed feature name end_gateway_return_warp to end_gateway_return_warped to match with old versions.

1.20.2+

• Use sub-pack overlay feature to bundle serveral versions into one datapack.

Bug Fixes

• Recover vanilla overworld terrain shaper in 1.18.2
• Fix biome sounds in 1.20
